Oshi comment: sometimes our systems flag up customers as being suspicious. Often it’s because they tried to withdraw money through a different payment provider than the one they added money to the account with. In these situations, it’s a case of contacting support directly so they can deal with the problem.
- Make sure the customer has no active bonus and the money he wants to cashout is not locked.
- Make sure the customer has sufficient funds to withdraw.
- If the customer uses two and more different accounts while entering the casino it become suspicious and withdrawal is also impossible.
