Automatic cashout doesn’t work for a player

This can happen due to one or several reasons:

  • Player doesn’t not enough money on his account – he will get an error message informing him of this

  • One or several of games hasn’t been finished by the player – he will get an error message informing him of this
  • Player is marked as suspicious by our anti-fraud system or has played any game marked as suspicious – an alert from our anti-fraud system is already studied by BGAMING team; please contact our support
  • Player tries to cashout more winnings than possible in a single cashout (deposit + 50%) – a manual cashout request is created and needs your approval
  • Daily casino cashout limit is exceeded. Maximum amount available for the cashout per day in a particular online casino – a manual cashout request is created and needs your approval
  • Player uses two and more different accounts while entering the casino website and our system produced a “customer has duplicates” notification
